Amazing November conditions currently!! The trails have been packed and are now being track set! You can get your membership @skicrowsnest.ca

Please remember dogs are only allowed on some trails from the Tecumseh Parking Lot and snowshoeing and fat biking are welcome on designated trails. Let’s keep the trails safe for all participants.

Looking for volunteers this Saturday October 26, 2024 to get trails ready for the coming ski season! We will be meeting at the Lower Alison Chinook Parking/garage. Dress for the weather and bring work gloves, water, snacks and a lunch if you stay past the morning. Bring bear spray in case you will be on the trails!

We hope you can join us for our Annual General Meeting this Thursday with a light dinner at 6 and the meeting starting at 7. Located at Crowsnest Golf Club. Please RVSP by October 13 so we have a count for food.

We had a cool but perfect snowy day for our rescheduled Flight of the Crows Loppet! Thanks to everyone who participated and to all who volunteered to make this happen. Above pictured are participants from the 1.8 and 3.7km loops, there was also a 9km or 18m loop option.

We got a fantastic day for our last Jackrabbits and Bunnies groups yesterday!! The snow and temperature was perfect. There were relays, games and sprinting on our skis and lots of smiles ❤️

Happy to report that most trails are in great condition ❤️

Happy to report that this lovely dump of snow has left many of the trails in great condition. The trails were being packed and track set as I skied today! Some of the trails off of lower mainline still have grass and twigs coming through, especially with track set but maybe we will get some more of the white stuff?? Either way there is enough for some great skiing this weekend!

Sadly the conditions have deteriorated very quickly at Allison Chinook Ski Trails and we are waiting to see what the weather does before announcing if we can postpone or need to cancel. Skiing is not recommended at this time, let’s hope for snow to come! 🤞🏼
