Work is still proceeding on the Allison road down to the lake. Also, the CNSC is doing trail maintenance on a lot of the trails and that work is expected to be completed by the end of November. Expect machine tracks and bare trail sections where work is being done. We will begin grooming activity when all construction work at Allison is complete.
While you’re waiting for groomed ski trails, give yourself a treat and try out the new multi-use snowshoe, fat bike & hiking trails. You’ll be surprised how great the new trails are. Volunteers are still working to get all the new multi-use trails marked with orange flashes. Only a few sections remain to be marked. While you’re out there, check out the new maps at major trail junctions.
