SUMMARY:AGM on October 19th
DESCRIPTION:Annual General Meetings are not not normally regarded as exciting events\, but they are a necessary annual event for any society like ours. This year’s AGM will be held at the Crowsnest Golf Club clubhouse. A pasta meal will be provided. I know firsthand that last year’s food there was very good and it is FREE. It is also an opportunity to meet and socialize with other members of the club. At the business part of the meeting the accounts for the last financial year and reports of the past year are presented along with plans for the upcoming season. \nIf I had a photo of the good meal we had last year I would have included it! \n6 pm – 7 pm Light meal and socialize \n7 pm – 7:30 pm AGM \n7:30 pm – 8 pm Presentation and discussion – membership survey results \nFull details of the evening can be seen on the October 13th news item post
