Crowsnest Nordic Ski Club receives cash and in-kind donations of labour and materials from many sources. These include Granting Bodies, Government Departments, and Businesses that chose to contribute to the work of the Club. We are grateful for the contributions of all these Sponsors.

Sponsors will be appropriately recognized using these three categories: 

Bronze – Cash or in-kind donations up to $1000.00

• Sponsor Logo for these will be displayed on the website in the Bronze Sponsor Category for 1 years following the date of sponsorship.
• The Club will provide a link to the Sponsor webpage by clicking on the logo
• The Sponsor Logo will be displayed on a Sponsor Board at the Allison Trailhead
• A tax receipt will be issued upon request

Silver – Cash or in-kind donations between $1001.00 and $5000.00

• Sponsor Logo will be displayed on the website in the Silver Sponsor Category for 2 years following the date of sponsorship. 
• The Club will provide a link to the Sponsor webpage by clicking on the logo 
• The Sponsor Logo will be displayed on a Sponsor Board at the Allison Trailhead
• Sponsor will be offered a presence on specific event or program promotional materials
• Sponsor logo sticker will be affixed to club grooming equipment for a year
• A tax receipt will be issued upon request

Gold – Cash or in-kind donations between $5,001.00 to $10,000.00

• Sponsor Logos will be displayed on the website in the Gold Sponsor Category
• The Club will provide a link to the Sponsor webpage by clicking on the logo 
• The Sponsor Logo will be displayed on a Sponsor Board at the Allison Trailhead
• Sponsor will be offered a presence on specific event or program promotional materials
• Sponsor logo sticker will be affixed to club grooming equipment for a year
• Sponsor Logo will scroll across the bottom of the webpage for 2 years
• A tax receipt will be issued upon request

Crowsnest Nordic Ski Club receives extraordinary financial and land use support from two levels of government, and other community groups thereby becoming Legacy Partners. 

Legacy Partners – Cash or in-kind donations over $10.000.00 in one-time donations or ongoing funding grants. 

• Legacy Partner Logos will be displayed on the website in the Legacy Partner Category
• The Club will provide a link to these Legacy Partner’s webpage by clicking on the logo 
• The Sponsor Logo will be displayed on a Sponsor Board at the Allison Trailhead
• Partner Logo will scroll across the bottom of the webpage indefinitely
• Partner will be offered a permanent presence by displaying its logo on CNSC grooming equipment indefinitely
• A tax receipt will be issued upon request

Legacy Partner Category

Specific Event/Program Sponsor

Crowsnest Nordic Ski Club hosts events and programs throughout the year: 

• monthly moonlight skis,
• the Flight of the Crows Loppet,
• well attended Youth Learn to ski coaching, 8 sessions attended by 50 children and their parents,
• a ski loan program,
• club barbecues.

There are opportunities for local businesses and community groups to sponsor one or more of these events/programs. Sponsorships could take the form of: 

• providing snacks and drinks,
• distributing sponsor’s merchandise – toques, hats, water bottles, scarves etc. 
• donating draw prizes,
• offering store coupons for participants to use in your business. –  ice cream, coffee, or ski wax deals etc. 

Event/Program Sponsors will be acknowledged: 

• Sponsor Logo for these will be displayed on the website in the Event/Program Sponsor Category 
• The Club will provide a link to the Sponsor webpage by clicking on the logo
• The Sponsor Logo will be displayed on a Sponsor Board at the Allison Trailhead
• A tax receipt will not be issued as these sponsors are  probably able to write this as part of  its advertising budget.
