We’re excited to welcome Kwan Lee as the new Youth Program Administrator at Crowsnest Nordic!
Kwan brings a deep passion for Nordic skiing and a strong background in program leadership, coaching, and
community development. Most recently, he served as Head Coach and Program Director at Cypress Nordic Ski
Club in Medicine Hat, where he was instrumental in founding the club’s youth and adult programs. There, he
oversaw the full spectrum of skier development—from Bunnies and Jackrabbits to adult lessons and dryland
training—and played a key role in coach recruitment, training, and long-term program planning.
In addition to his coaching expertise, Kwan has extensive experience in administration and project management,
with a track record of building effective programs, securing partnerships, and growing participation in Nordic
sports—including the successful launch of a biathlon program in his region.
We’re thrilled to have Kwan join our team and lead our youth programs into a new season of growth and success.
