You can help us to maintain and protect our trails! Memberships are available on our website.
The annual Flight of the Crows Loppet is scheduled The annual Flight of the Crows Loppet is scheduled for Saturday Feb 22 at the Allison Chinook ski area. The loppet is a free family friendly cross country ski race with a focus on fun. There are four race distances to choose from with registration starting at 9:30 the morning of the event. The race details are as follows: Registration 9:30am-10:00am Saturday Feb 22 at start line Start times and distances 1.8km and 3.7km - 10:10am 9km and 18km - 10:40am All races start and finish at junction 102, the first junction on Mainline located at the top of the hill. We had a great day for our jackrabbits and bunnies We had a great day for our jackrabbits and bunnies today!!! Great snow, sunshine and lots of smiles makes for a perfect start to the weekend!
I’m happy to report that the trails are surprising I’m happy to report that the trails are surprisingly in fantastic condition overall!! There are a few spots that definitely need more snow but overall it should be a great weekend to get out and enjoy the winter beauty!

The ski kicks off at the Allison parking 7:00pm. After the ski warm up with hot chocolate and a fire in the warming hut. Please bring a mug for hot chocolate. Hope to see you there!

Looking for volunteers this Saturday October 26, 2 Looking for volunteers this Saturday October 26, 2024 to get trails ready for the coming ski season! We will be meeting at the Lower Alison Chinook Parking/garage. Dress for the weather and bring work gloves, water, snacks and a lunch if you stay past the morning. Bring bear spray in case you will be on the trails!
