Not even good for “rock skis”

With daytime temperatures of +10C and no or very little freezing overnight ski conditions are now terrible and not even fit for rock skis. And certainly we do not want any of our loaner skis used in these conditions. With 3 more days of this warmth forecast there may be no snow on the trails by the weekend. So the loppet almost certainly will not happen on Saturday.
